Every timepiece undergoes a thorough quality control process prior to shipment.
We provide high-resolution images and videos of the exact watch for client review and approval. When requested, a live video call with the watch in hand can also be arranged to ensure full transparency and confidence before final confirmation.

Customs Seizure & Replacement Policy
In the rare event that a shipment is seized by customs, one replacement watch will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued in place of a replacement.
