These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
3. Product Information & Presentation
All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, or production batches. Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for dispute.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are confirmed at the time of purchase. Full payment is required prior to order processing. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or compliance concerns.
5. Final Sale Policy
All transactions are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed:
- No refunds will be issued
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted
By completing a purchase, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to this final sale policy.
6. Shipping, Customs & Replacement
International shipments are subject to customs regulations and inspections beyond our control.
- In the event that an order is seized by customs, one replacement watch will be issued at no additional cost, subject to confirmation.
- Replacement eligibility applies strictly to confirmed customs seizure or non-delivery.
- Shipping timelines for replacement orders may vary depending on destination and regulatory processes.
- This policy does not apply to delays, incorrect shipping details, or customer-related errors.
7. Risk Acceptance
The client acknowledges that international shipping involves inherent risks, including inspections, delays, or regulatory actions. By placing an order, the client accepts these risks and agrees that remedies are limited exclusively to the replacement policy outlined above.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Three Wishes Luxury shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or third parties
- Losses resulting from improper use, handling, or storage of products
Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall be limited to the issuance of a replacement as expressly stated in these Terms.
